I decided to give the squash brownies a go ! We ( well just me actually because everyone ran off to play a game..not that i'm complaining) cut up the squash and roasted them for half an hour. Scooped out the flesh , minus the seeds,added a jar of peanut butter , an egg and half a cup of honey ( used agave cos didn't have any honey!) blended and put it in the oven for 20 mins.And voila!
The finished article. Enjoyed by Maya, Jamie and Sonny, eyed suspiciously by Daddy and nibbled cautiously by Mummy. Overall a success!
